Return & Exchange Policy

Due to our on-demand production process, returns and exchanges are generally only accepted if there is a defect or issue with the product. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receipt with details and proof of purchase. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

If you wish to return a product for any other reason, we are happy to offer a refund, but a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility.
